- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return:

- Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Our team will assess your request and, if approved, will provide instructions for the return or replacement process.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect items).
